  • Negotiate fare/seat allocation to relevant destination on your behalf with preferred industry partner/s
  • Negotiate inclusive accommodation rates and allotment on your behalf with preferred industry partner/s
  • Negotiate all land arrangements i.e. transfers, sightseeing, meal venues, personalised menus, wine selections and “treats” e.g. spa treatments, golf green fees/equipment hire.

Tour Hosting/Group Escorting:
I have experience with escorting/hosting – Agent Famils, special interest groups, Conference delegates (also running the Conference Convenor desk) and Cruise hosting.   Destinations I have escorted/hosted to include:
  • Hawaii
  • Europe
  • Australia – multiple times and varying destinations

Product/Marketing:
In the Product/Marketing area I can assist with:
  • Negotiation of mainstream contract rates, value adds, allotments & associated terms & conditions e.g. direct hotels, hotel chains, ground operators, STO’s, NTA’s, car rental agencies, GSA’s

  • e-publishing, distribution and warehousing of stock
  • Monitoring of and ensuring brand consistency/integrity for your business
  • Proof reading of marketing flyers & brochures for accuracy i.e. room types, inclusions, date ranges, T’s & C’s
  • Update/train all relevant selling/Sales staff on new products, destinations, brochure releases – internal training seminars

  • Liaise & maintain a professional relationship with internal customers e.g. product team, database, IT, Accounts, HR & external customers e.g. suppliers, creative team, Agencies, Printers, distribution companies
  • Assist with managing your Product/Marketing team i.e. assist with work flow, moving deadlines within varied portfolios, assist with “creative” and general staff Management.

Sales:
I’m great with people and passionate about travel, who better to have representing and promoting your brand and products.  I can provide support to your Sales team by being able to:
  • Represent your company and products at relevant Company, general trade (e.g. MICE) or public expos
  • Undertake and complete Sales calls to your existing valued clients/agents to maintain relationships and update accordingly
  • Undertake and complete Sales calls to prospective new clients/agents to engage with promote the company and update accordingly
  • Look for new business opportunities
  • Assist with managing your sales team i.e. monitoring of call cycles, relevant reporting, quality of sales calls, monitoring of associated costs.
